Everyone knows planning a wedding is a huge undertaking!  Not to mention it can put unnecessary stress on a relationship.  Any newlywed couple can attest to this (if they dare to admit it).  Let's face it, planning your wedding means giving up a huge portion of your free time and energy into laying out every detail, and in the end when that day finally comes you're so busy there's no way for you to ensure everything will be executed properly because you're in the middle of a hair and make-up session, or off in the park somewhere taking photos.

WHY YOU NEED A COORDINATOR

Your Blue Diamond Events Wedding Coordinator is someone that has real experience working weddings (all different kinds) is someone that has built good relationships with other vendors and venues, and (as an extra perk) comes with a Wedding Day Emergency Kit, not to mention he/she is NOT busy being a party of your wedding party.  Your friends and family love you and would do anything for you, but often asking them to do all the work the morning of your wedding just stresses them out and inevitably will still stress you out as well.  After all, we invite our friends and family to celebrate with us, and we want them to have a good experience. 

HOW WE CAN HELP

Your assigned Blue Diamond Events Wedding Specialist and Coordinator will put together a detailed floor plan, timeline, and itinerary for your wedding weekend.  This includes information on your decor setup, coordination of your vendors and rental arrivals.  Your coordinator will also be your personal point of contact for any questions/concerns throughout your wedding weekend, pass out any remaining vendor payments and/or gratuity, and take care of your personal items and gifts at the end of the day.  Basically we make sure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time - ensuring your Wedding Day is a success!

Designed to alleviate last-minute stress, we take over by reviewing contracts, finalizing details with vendors, and managing logistics to ensure no stone is left unturned. If any additional vendors are needed, we utilize our extensive, curated list of trusted professionals to meet your needs.
 
A custom timeline and floor plan are created to ensure the day flows effortlessly while reflecting the exact look and feel you’ve imagined. We oversee your rehearsal to prepare your wedding party and provide hands-on coordination on the big day, managing decor setup, event logistics, and cleanup to execute your vision flawlessly.
 
This package starts with approximately 65 hours of professional coordination, allowing you to truly enjoy the magic of your wedding day.

Partial Planning + Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $5,000, this package is ideal for couples who want the perfect balance of professional planning support while remaining involved in the process.

We step in to guide you through vendor selection, tastings, and decor design, recommending only the finest vendors who excel in service and communication. Every detail is tailored to your style, and we collaborate on creating a detailed timeline and floor plan that bring your vision to life.

Throughout the process, we manage vendor communication, ensuring nothing is overlooked. During the rehearsal, we coordinate every detail so your wedding party is well-prepared, and on the wedding day, we handle everything from decor setup to cleanup.

This package starts with approximately 80 hours of professional planning and coordination, giving you peace of mind while ensuring your day exceeds expectations.

Full Planning + Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $8,500, this package is for couples who desire a seamless, elevated wedding planning experience where every detail is thoughtfully handled.

From the beginning, we work with you to refine your vision while curating a hand-selected team of vendors from our carefully maintained list of exceptional professionals. We collaborate to design every aspect of your wedding, creating mood boards, mock-ups, and detailed floor plans to ensure your day is a true reflection of your style.

We'll oversee every vendor, from initial bookings to final logistics, so you never have to worry about communication or follow-ups. On the wedding day, our team is on-site to ensure decor is styled perfectly and the event unfolds effortlessly, from start to finish.

This package starts with approximately 120+ hours of professional planning and coordination, ensuring every moment of your wedding day feels exactly as you’ve imagined.

3-Day Wedding Weekend Full-Service Planning, Design, + Coordination

Starting at $20,000, this package offers a complete, hands-on experience for couples who want an unforgettable wedding weekend that is thoughtfully designed and impeccably executed.

We guide you through every detail, from vendor selection and bookings to the design and execution of each event, including your rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and farewell brunch. Together, we develop detailed mood boards, 3D floor plans, and decor mock-ups to ensure every event looks and feels exactly as planned. From tastings to timeline creation, we manage all logistics and communication, allowing you to enjoy the planning process stress-free. Throughout the weekend, our team oversees every element of setup, styling, and execution, ensuring a flawless experience for you and your guests.

This package starts with approximately 200+ hours of professional planning and coordination, creating a weekend you’ll cherish forever.
